摘要
以粒度≤45μm、w(Si)>98%的Si粉,粒度≤5μm、w(BN)=99%的h-BN,粒度≤45μm、w(Si3N4)=95%的Si3N4粉为原料,采用等静压成型,氮化反应烧结工艺制备了Si3N4-BN复合材料,研究了Si粉添加量(w)分别为15%、30%、45%时对材料常温性能、高温性能及抗钢液侵蚀性的影响。结果表明:随Si粉添加量的增加,Si3N4-BN复合材料常温强度及高温强度增加,但Si粉添加量(w)为45%时,Si3N4-BN复合试样内存在少量的残Si;Si3N4-BN复合材料具有较低的热膨胀系数及优异的抗钢液侵蚀性能。
Si3N4-BN composites were prepared by isostatic pressing shaping and reaction sintering using Si powder ( ≤45 μm and Si 〉98% in mass,the same hereinafter) ,h-BN powder ( ≤5 μm and BN 99%) and Si3N4 powder ( ≤45 μm and Si3N4 95% ) as starting materials. The cold and hot properties,corrosion resistance to molten steel of the composites were investigated with 15 % ,30%, and 45 % Si powder, respectively. The results show that cold strength and hot strength of the Si3N4-BN composites are improved with Si powder addition increasing;Si3N4-BN composite has a small amount of residual Si when Si powder addition is 45% ;Si3N4-BN composite has low thermal expansion coefficient and excellent corrosion resistance to molten steel.
