摘要
目的研究膨胀珍珠岩保温材料的制备工艺,解决传统珍珠岩保温材料吸水严重等问题.方法以膨胀珍珠岩为主要原料,添加无机-有机胶黏剂,用40mm×40mm×120mm模具在SVC-4500VA压力机上模压成型,在干燥设备内烘干制得试样.测试其导热系数、抗压强度、憎水率等性能,初步探索制作工艺.结果试验表明在胶黏剂掺量为7%~10%,成型压力为0.36MPa时,试样的导热系数为0.058W/(m·K),抗压强度为0.4MPa,憎水率为98%,防火等级为A级,符合GB/T5464—2010/ISO1182:2002中的规定.结论胶黏剂的掺量是制备试样强度的主要因素,随着胶黏剂掺量的增加,试样的强度和导热系数均逐渐增加;随着胶黏剂中有机组分的增加,试样的憎水率逐渐提高;在一定范围内,试样的导热系数随着成型压力的增加而降低,当超过某一阈值时,随压力的增加而增大.
To solve the traditional perlite insulation materials absorbing serious problems, the perlite insula- tion material preparation process is studied. With the expanded perlite as a main raw material, adding the inorganic-organic adhesive and then compression molding forming using a 40 mm × 40 mm × 120 mm mold by the machine SVC -4500VA, a sample is obtained after drying. The thermal conductivity, the compressive strength and the water-repellent rate are tested and the production process is studied preliminarily. When the adhesive content is 7 to 10% and the molding pressure is 0.36MPa,results show that the thermal conductivity of the sample is 0. 058 W/( m-K), the compressive strength is 0. 4 MPa, the hydrophobic is 98% and the fire rating is Class A, which are in line with the regulations of GB/T 5464- 2010/ISO 1182:2002. It is shown that the dosage of the adhesive is a major effect on the sample strength. With increase of the adhesive dosage, the strength and thermal conductivity of the sample gradually increase; with increase of the organic components in the adhesive, the hydrophobic gradual enhances. In a certain range, the thermal conductivity of the sample declines with increase of the forming pressure. However, when a certain threshold value is exceeded, it increases with increase of the pressure..
