摘要
高管团队人力资本以其稀缺性、独特性和不可复制性成为企业的战略资源,形成企业的核心竞争力,促使企业快速成长。在文献回顾的基础上,将高管团队人力资本划分为能力性人力资本和意愿性人力资本,将战略决策质量作为中介变量,以深圳创业板上市公司227家制造业公司为研究对象检验高管团队人力资本和公司成长性的关系。研究发现,能力性人力资本和意愿性人力资本与企业成长性呈正相关关系,能力性人力资本和意愿性人力资本一方面能够直接影响企业成长性,另一方面能通过战略决策质量的中介作用间接影响企业成长性。
Because of the scarcity, uniqueness and non - replicability, the top management team human capital becomes the strategic resource of enterprise and makes the enterprise grow rapidly. Based on the literature review, the paper divides team human capital into ability hmnan capital and intention human capital, takes strategic decision quality as intermediary variable, selects 227 listing manufacturing companies as the research samples, and analyzes the relationship of top manage- ment team human capital and enterprise growth. The study finds out that the ability human capital and the intention human capital have positive correlation with enterprise growth. , The ability human capital and the intention human capital on one hand can directly influence the growth of enterprises. On the other hand, through the intermediary role of strategic decision quality, they can indirectly influence the growth of enterprises.
