摘要
以"盛丰"白萝卜种子为试材,采用水培法,研究了不同浓度镉胁迫对萝卜幼苗生长及相关生理指标的影响,以期为萝卜幼苗镉的耐受性及植物修复作用提供理论依据。结果表明:镉胁迫下,萝卜幼苗根、茎、叶生长受到抑制,其中根、茎受到影响最为严重;丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及过氧化物酶(POD)活性均随处理浓度的增加而增加;抗氧化活性随镉浓度的升高而降低。
Taking of 'Shengfeng' radish seed as material, using hydroponics method, effect of different concentrations of cadmium stresses on seed germination and seedling growth stage of radish seedlings were studied-in order to provide the theoretical basis for the research of the properties of radish seedling resistance to cadmium and phytoremediation. The results showed that radish seedling root ,stem and leaf growth were restrained under cadmium stress , the root and stem affected the worst; malondialdehyde and soluble protein content, catalase and peroxidase activity increased with the increasing concentration of processing;the antioxidant activity reduced with the increasing of concentration of cadmium.
