摘要
近年群体性事件高发,网络舆情在群体性事件中所起到的作用越来越受到社会的关注。本文对群体性事件中网络舆情的特征进行了深入的分析。提出了政府和媒体正确引导网络舆论的方法。
In recent years, mass incidents has taken place frequendy, the role ofintemet public opinion has received more and more attention. In this paper, the author analyzes the characteristics of internet public opinion in mass incidents deeply.The author comes up the right way for the government and the media to guide Intemet public opinion, which provides theoretical reference for the prevention and the resolution for mass incidents.
