青年编辑作为编辑行业的骨干力量,除了要练就扎实的编辑业务技能之外,还应历练一种淡泊平和的心境,并且具备足够的爱心、耐心,学会感恩,才能担负起未来出版业生力军的重任。
Young editors as the key members in the editorial work should experience and keep a peaceful mind in addition to possessing solid business skills. They should also have enough love and patience, and learn to be grateful, in order to take on the future task in the publishing industry.
