辙叉用新型贝氏体钢的滚动接触疲劳性能 被引量:5

Rolling contact fatigue performance of a new type bainitic steel for frog

摘要 分别对用普通冶炼工艺和电渣重熔工艺得到的辙叉用新型贝氏体钢进行滚动接触疲劳性能试验,结果表明由电渣重熔工艺得到的新型辙叉用贝氏体钢具有更加优良的接触疲劳性能,且两种工艺的材料接触疲劳寿命都随试验应力的增加而降低。相较于纯滚动试验,滑差的存在将增大材料的塑性变形和造成材料温度升高,引起材料接触疲劳寿命的显著下降。通过观察发现,新型辙叉用贝氏体钢的主要失效形式为麻点剥落和浅层剥落。 A new type bainitic frog steel was made by traditional smelting process and electroslag remelting process, respectively, and their rolling contact fatigue performance was investigated. The results show that the steel sample smelted by electroslag remehing process has preferable rolling contact fatigue performance. The contact fatigue life of the both steel samples is decreased with the increase of loading stress. Compared with the pure rolling test, the existence of sliding rate will increase plastic deformation of the material and causes temperature rising greatly which leads to the contact fatigue life to decrease significantly. Through observation, it is found that the main failure mode of the new type bainite frog steel is pitting spalling and shallow spalling.
