双相障碍共患注意缺陷多动障碍影像学研究进展

摘要 约2/3成人双相障碍(bipolardisorder,BD)患者首发于儿童期或青少年期,29%首发年龄早于13岁。儿童青少年BD(pediatric bipolar disorder,PBD)是指起病于18岁之前,以反复、交替发作的情感高涨和低落伴相应认知、行为改变为主要特征的一组重性精神障碍。
