摘要
探讨了高校图书馆参与社会化服务的原则和方式,认为高校图书馆应该利用网络和人才优势高效参与公共文化服务,并指出可通过构建区域性图书馆联盟,实行有偿服务来促使高校图书馆参与社会化服务良性发展。
This paper probes into the principles and modes for university libraries to participate in socialized services, holds that university Library should effectively participate in in socialized services by using its network and talent superiorities, and points out that only constructing the regional library consortia and implementing the paid service can promote university library to participate in the benign development of socialized services.
