摘要
自上古以迄宋代,华北地区的丝织业一直很发达,处于全国领先水平。金元以降,丝织业竟急剧衰落,在产业结构中不复占据重要地位。关于华北丝织业衰落的原因,历来众说纷纭。本文认为丝织业整个生产流程都需要消耗大量的燃料,是典型的高能耗产业。宋以后华北地区燃料危机日趋严重,在燃料极端匮乏的情形下,排斥高能耗产业就成为历史的必然,华北丝织业因而渐趋衰微。
Before the Song Dynasty, silk industry in North China area has been developed, and it was in the national leading level. After the Song Dynasty, silk industry declined so sharply that it was no longer occu- pied an important position in the industrial structure. There were many different opinions on the reason did the silk industry in North China decline？ This paper considers that the whole production process of the silk in- dustry needs to consume so large amount of fuel that it is a typical high energy consumption industry. After the Song Dynasty, the fuel crisis in North China was becoming increasingly serious. In the extreme shortage of fuel situation, it was a historical necessity that people reject the high energy consumption industry. So the silk in- dustry in North China declined gradually.
