摘要
二氧化氯是新一代环保安全高效消毒剂,同时也是优良的水处理剂、漂白剂、食品保鲜剂、防腐剂、除臭剂。稳定二氧化氯溶液因具有不挥发、不易燃、易储存的特点而备受青睐。探索了氯酸钠-甲醇-硫酸法制备稳定二氧化氯溶液的制取方法、工艺流程,通过正交试验研究了氯酸钠浓度、硫酸用量、甲醇用量及反应温度对二氧化氯收率的影响,确定了优化组合为:氯酸钠浓度为4.0mol/L、硫酸用量以硫酸与氯酸钠摩尔比计为2.0、甲醇用量以甲醇与氯酸钠摩尔比计为0.16、反应温度55℃,反应生成的气体用食品级碳酸盐水溶液吸收,二氧化氯收率达到88.9%,产品达到食品添加剂标准。
Chlorine dioxide is a new, environmental protective, safe, highly active disinfectant. Meanwhile, it is an excellent water treatment chemical, decolourant, food preservative agent, antiseptic and deodorant. Stable chlorine dioxide solution has good popularity for its non-volatile, nonflammable and easy storage characteristic. Preparation method and process flow of stable chlorine dioxide solution prepared by the method of sodium chlo- rate-methanol-sulphoacid were explored. The sodium chlorate concentration, sulfuric acid dosage, methanol dosage and the effect of reaction tempera- ture on chlorine dioxide yield were studied through orthogonal experiment. The optimal technology for chlorine dioxide yield were as follows: sodium chlorate concentration 4.0 mol/L, the dosage of sulfuric acid with molar ratio of sulfuric acid and sodium chlorate 2.0, the dosage of methanol with molar ratio of methanol and sodium chlorate 0.16, reaction temperature 55℃. The gas produced by reaction was absorbed by food grade carbonate aqueous so- lution chlorine dioxide yield was 88.9%, and the product reached the food additive standard.
