摘要
目的介绍一种新的沙门菌H抗原鉴定方法:营养肉汤-营养琼脂法。方法将鞭毛结构受损或有缺陷导致H抗原不能与相应诊断血清发生反应的沙门菌株划线分离至营养肉汤-营养琼脂平板,使其复原。结果 4株受冷冻因素影响的沙门菌在营养肉汤-营养琼脂平板上分别传代4-9代,其H抗原能与相应诊断血清发生反应。结论营养肉汤-营养琼脂法在鞭毛结构受损或有缺陷的沙门菌H抗原鉴定中有较好的应用。
Objective To introduce a new method for identification of salmonella H antigen, nutrient broth - nutrient agar method. Methods Impaired or defective flagellum structure can stop H antigen reacting with corresponding diagnostic serum, so salmonella strains with impaired or defective flagellum structure were placed onto nutrient broth - nutrient agar plate for struc- ture recovery. Results Four salmonella strains influenced by freeze factor passaged in nutrient broth - nutrient agar plate for 4 9 generations respectively, and the H antigen can react with the corresponding diagnostic serum. Conclusion Nutrient broth - nutrient agar method has a good application in identification of salmonella H antigen for the flagellum structure of whose is damaged or defective.
