摘要 去整合素金属蛋白酶家族(a disintegrin and metalloproteinase,ADAMs)为Ⅰ型跨膜蛋白(含锌蛋白酶总家族),也称为金属蛋白酶解聚素(metalloproteinase-like,disintegrin-like,cysteine-rich,MDC),是一类锚定于细胞膜表面的糖蛋白家族,可以促进肿瘤的增殖、侵袭及转移[1].目前发现的ADAM已超过30种[2]. 1 ADAM家族的结构特征 该家族成员通常由800~1200个氨基酸组成,含有多个结构域,分别是N末端信号域、前导域、类金属蛋白酶功能域、去整合素功能域、半胱氨酸富集域、类表皮生长因子功能域、锚定于细胞膜上的跨膜域和C端的胞质尾区[3].
