摘要
对本实验室自行分离的解淀粉芽孢杆菌C-1进行发酵,离心得到其上清液,平板抑菌实验结果显示该菌上清液对蜡样芽孢杆菌MS10362R、大肠杆菌ATCC 25922及厌氧梭菌(Clostridium difficile QB21)有较强的抑菌活性;在生长曲线测定中,4 mL C-1上清液可显著延长B.cereus MS10362R细胞的迟缓期,抑制细菌生长,且可排除pH等物理因素的影响,确定了C-1发酵上清液的抑菌活性;同时发现其对于MS10362R次生代谢产物-黑色素的产生和产量具有明显的抑制作用,初步推测可能与抑制细菌的群体感应有关;而从C-1上清中提纯的胞外多糖被证明不具有抑菌活性。
Bacillus amyloliquefaciens C-1 was a newly isolated strain. C-1 supernatant was collected from the 72h fermen- tation culture. It showed high antimicrobial activity against Bacillus cereus MS10362R, Clostridium di^tcile QB21and Escherichia coli ATCC25922 by culture dish assay. In growth curve analysis,4 mL of C-1 supernatant in 150mL medium inhibited the growth of B. cereus MS10362R at the lag phase, and the pH changing of culture medium by the addition of 4 mL C-1 supernatant were excluded. At the same time,the production of melanin,secondary metabolite of MS10362R, was reduced,which might be the effect of QS (quorum sensing) system. Meanwhile, exopolysaccharides extracted and purified from C-1 supernatant failed to show any antimicrobial activity.
