摘要
针对油料原子发射光谱仪对大于10μm的磨粒检测效率不高,不能有效反映油液磨粒浓度的问题。通过检测经特定磁场磁化和聚集后油样中铁磁性磨粒剩余磁场的大小,来反映油样中铁磁性磨粒浓度大小的方法,利用巨磁电阻磁场传感器,设计一种油液铁磁性磨粒检测装置。该检测装置对同一油样的检测具有较好的重复性;对浓度和尺寸分布均不同的铁磁性磨粒油样,其检测结果并没有因尺寸分布的不同而出现明显的差别。该油液磨粒检测装置可以克服原子发射光谱仪对铁磁性大磨粒检测效率不高,不能有效反映油样铁磁性磨粒浓度的缺点。
Aimed at the problem that oil atomic emission spectrometer has low detection efficiency on the particles bigger than 10 um,a detector of oil ferromagnetic particles (DOFP) was designed based on giant magneto-resistive magnetic field sensor. The DOFP has well repeatability on the same oil sample. For the oil samples whose concentration and size distribution of ferromagnetic particles both are different,the detection results have no significant difference due to the difference of size distribution. Compared with oil atomic emission spectrometer, the DOFP has high detection efficiency on the large ferromagnetic particles, and can well reflect the real particles concentration in oils.
