摘要
[目的]探讨不同配方营养液对槲寄生脱离寄主后生长状态的影响。[方法]将槲寄生脱离寄主,以3种配方营养液和对照营养液进行培养,观察槲寄生的生长状态及可溶性糖的含量变化。[结果]水分是槲寄生生长的限制性因子,但无机盐类对植株生长产生重要影响。配方B,即黄瓜营养液比较适合维持槲寄生脱离寄主后的生长。[结论]试验探讨了不同配方营养液对槲寄生脱离寄主后生长状态的影响,为探索槲寄生人工培养等后期研究作了有益尝试。
[ Objective ] To disscuss effects of different nutrient solution on host tree free culture of mistletoe. [ Method ] Changes of growth state and soluble sugar in mistletoe leaves were measured after treatment under three kinds of nutrient solution and control group. [ Result ] The results showed that water is major factor affecting mistletoe growth and inorganic salt can matter greatly to the plant ; nutrient solution B, name- ly cucumber nutrient solution is suit for host tree free culture of mistletoe. [ Conclusion] The present paper is a beneficial attempt to mistletoe artificial culture.
