摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,知识成为社会经济发展的重要资本和动力,知识服务的提出也为档案服务工作提供了新的思路。本文综合借鉴图书情报界的成果,在重点论述档案信息服务与档案知识服务区别与联系的基础上,以用户需求和服务效益等为突破口,进一步揭示两者是相互促进、共同发展的关系,提出整合信息服务与知识服务的观点。立足于此,尝试构建新的档案服务模式,并对其进行初步描述。
Along with the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has been an important capital and momentum. The appearance of knowledge service offers us a new thought on the work of archives services. Drawing on the useful results of library and information world, at the basis of a dissertation focus on the differences and relationship between information service and knowledge service, this article took user needs and effectiveness as the breakthrough point, revealed that both can promote each other and have the common development, and brought forward the idea to integrate them. Based on it, a new model of archives services was constructed and described.
