摘要
本文通过分析工业建设项目在投资决策阶段应该考虑的诸多问题,以及影响投资决策阶段工程造价的因素,提出应对措施与方法,以供业主决策层参考。
Through the analysis of industrial construction projects should be considered in the investment decision-making stage of many problems, as well as the influencing factors of investment decision-making phase of the project cost, puts forward the countermeasures and methods, for the owner＇s reference.
