摘要
高职院校校内生产性实训基地建设丰富了校企合作的类型,提升了人才培养质量,但也存在如生产与教学时间安排易冲突,校企双方人员管理标准不一致,企业为追求生产效益而难以满足人才培养具体要求等诸多问题。促进校内生产性实训基地建设与人才培养之间的协调,需要校企双方建立明确统一的管理标准,建立市场化契约合作机制,做好全面规划,发挥各自特长。
The construction of productive practice training base within higher vocational colleges enriched the types of school-enterprise cooperation and increased the quality of talents cultivation. But some problems exist, such as the con- flict between production and teaching schedule, the inconsistent personnel management standards of school and enterprise two sides, enterprise can not meet the specific requirements of talents cuhivaiton because of pursuing production efficiency, etc. For promoting the coordination between the base construction and talents cultivation, it is necessary to for school and enterprise to establish define and unified management standards, construct market-oriented contract cooperation mecha- nism, and make a comprehensive planning, so as to play their respective special skills.
