摘要
慢性肾脏病已经成为全球性公共卫生问题,近年来,标实证在慢性肾脏病中的致病作用越来越受到重视。作者结合国内相关领域专家临床经验及目前研究进展,较为系统阐述了慢性肾脏病常见兼证如水湿证、痰湿证、湿热证、血瘀证及浊毒证的定义、病因病机、病证特点及中医辨证与治疗等,进一步明确了中医祛邪法在慢性肾脏病治疗中的作用与地位,为建立慢性肾脏病常见兼证的中医辨证与治疗标准打下初步基础。
Chronic kidney disease has become a global public health problem. In recent years, the excess superficiality syndrome in CKD has got more and more attention. Based on the clinical experience of domestic experts in the field and the research progress at present, this article illustrated systematically the definition, etiology, pathogenesis, characteristics, differentiation and treatment of common accompanied syndromes in CKD with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, including Shui Shi syndrome, Tan Shi syndrome, Shi Re syndrome, Xue Yu syndrome, and Zhuo Du syndrome, further confirming the role and status of TCM eliminating pathogen method in treatment of CKD. This article can be regarded as the basis of standardization of the differentiation and treatment of common accompanied syndromes with TCM in CKD.
