摘要
孔尚任《桃花扇》中的侯方域并不"出应乡试,中式副榜",而是抛下花月情根,修真学道去了。其情节重构的意义在于,一是反映明末清初文人抉择出路的历史现象;二是呈现作家在创作中借鉴"遗事"以警时世的史心;三是描绘我国古代文人的民族文化性格。
Hou Fangyu , the main character in The Peach Blossom Fan by Kong Shangren , did not participate in the imperial examinations, but he chose to become a Taoist priest, casting aside all his love affairs. The great significance of this plot's reconstruction lies in the following three perspectives. First, it reflects the historical phenomena that Chinese scholars in the late Ming Dynasty and the early Qing Dynasty chose to become Taoist priests. Second, it shows the writer's historical concern, taking incidents of past ages to admonish the world in his works. Third, it depicts the ethnological and cultural characteristics of ancient Chinese scholars.
