摘要
介绍了福建茶叶产业的发展现状;阐述了福建茶叶质量的安全状况:茶叶质量安全政策法规和技术标准日趋完善但无法完全满足茶叶安全需要,茶叶质量检测网络初步形成、认证广泛开展但质量安全的规范性与权威性需加强,多渠道、措施推进茶叶质量工作但茶叶质量安全保障的系统性尚需改进,茶叶品质保障能力提升但偏低的组织程度与自律性成为茶叶质量安全防控的约束,福建茶叶质量安全状况总体趋向改善但局部茶叶质量安全问题不容忽视;提出了健全茶叶质量安全标准化体系、推动福建茶叶质量安全与时俱进,完善茶叶质量检测与监管系统、加强福建茶叶质量安全监督,构建福建茶叶质量安全技术支撑平台,实施与推广茶叶质量可追溯制度、实现福建茶叶全程质量安全信息透明化,推动茶叶产业化进程、提升茶叶行业自律性等构建福建茶叶质量安全保障体系的建议。
Base on the significance of agricultural products quality safety and the analysis of the cur- rent tea quality safety situations and Evaluation of tea quality safety in Fujian, this paper establishes and improves the tea quality security system in Fujian by the advancing of quality safety standard with times, the optimization of quality test and supervision system, the promotion of quality safety technology, the construction of tea quality traceability system and industry chain, and upgrades of self - discipline etc, for the sustainable development of tea industry in Fujian.
