摘要
知情同意权是患者非常重要的权利,知情同意权的代理在正常的医疗活动中也是很常见。本文从知情同意权和代理权的法律属性和权利来源入手,探讨我国知情同意权的代理存在的一些问题,以期为代理实践领域提供思路。
The right of informed consent is very important to patients , and the agent of it is also very com-mon in normal medical activities.Starting with the legal attribute and origin of the right of informed consent and agency, the article discussed some problems of the agent of the right of informed consent existing in China , in order to provide some different perspectives for practice in this field .
