摘要
实现货币资金控制、合理编制预算、降低成本费用、杜绝浪费、加强财产物资的控制,能够大幅度提高医院的内部管理,是开源节流、提高医疗质量、增效减耗的重要手段。但经过长期的改革推进,医院内部控制建设仍然存在一定的问题;本文结合医院内部控制现状和对策,对医院内部控制建设进行探讨。
Monetary fund controlling, reasonable budgeting, costs reducing, waste eliminating, property strengthening and materials controlling can greatly improve the internal management of the hospitals , which are the important ways to cut costs, improve medical quality, enhance efficiency and reduce consumption , However, after long-term reform, there are also some problems in hospital internal control construction .The article discussed the construction of hospital internal control which was based on the present situation and the countermeasure of hospital internal control.
