摘要
建立了雨水中无机阴离子的毛细管电泳分析方法 .采用铬酸钠和十四烷基三甲基溴化铵为背景电解质 ,2 54nm紫外间接检测 .在选定条件下 ,重复进样 9次 ,各种阴离子迁移时间的相对标准偏差小于 1 % ,峰面积的相对标准偏差小于 5% .分别对杭州市某工业区和某校园内的雨水实样进行分析 ,结果表明 。
The capillary electrophoresitic analysis of inorganic anions in rain water was studied. The background electrolyte consisted of chromate and tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide. Indirect UV detection at 254 nm was used. In selected conditions, various anions (Cl -、SO 2- 4、NO - 3、F -、HCO - 3) in this system were separated within 5 minutes, and the relative standard deviation of migration time and peak area was less than 1% and 5% respectively (n=9). Results showed that the concentrations of inorganic anions in rain water were quite different between from industry area and from school yard.
