摘要
目的调查原发性先天性青光眼患者术后生活质量的影响因素。方法选择原发性先天性青光眼患者45例为研究对象,采用青光眼患者生活质量调查问卷进行调查,并分析影响生活质量的相关因素。结果病情严重程度影响患者的自理能力,术后视力分级、病情严重程度与视功能相关,性格和病情严重程度与活动交往相关,病情严重程度和性格与精神心理相关,病情严重程度、术后视力分级、性格与总体生活质量相关。结论影响原发性先天性青光眼患者术后生活质量的因素主要有疾病严重程度、手术效果,术后视力分级、性格等。
Objective To discuss the influencing factors of post-operation quality of life of patients with primary glaucoma. Methods Selected 45 cases with primary glaucoma were surveyed by glaucoma patients quality of life questionnaire, and influencing factors of post-operation quality of life was analyzed. Results Severty of illness influenced selfcare ability, post-operation classification of visual, severty of illness influenced visual function; Character, post-operation classification of visual influenced communication activities; severty of illness, character influenced psychology; Severty of illness, post-operation classification of visual, character influenced quality of life. Conclusion Influencing factors of post-operation quality of life of patients with primary glaucoma are severty of illness, operation result, post- operation classification of visual, character.
