摘要
英国著名作家劳伦斯以书写反工业文明和机械文明的文学作品而为世人所熟知,同时他还是一位犀利的文学评论家。与文学作品中痛斥工业机械文明和回归生态自然的主题相呼应,其文学批评也具有深厚的生态哲学思考,从而也应把劳伦斯归入早期生态批评家的行列中。
D. H. lawrence is a British writer who is famous for the subjects of anti-industrialization and anti-mechanization in his literary works, and also he is a thought-provoking literary critic. In his writings, the criticism of industrial and mechanic civilization echoes nostalgic ecological nature. His literary criticism contains deep ecological thoughts, so D. H. Lawrence should be included in the name list of early eco-critics.
