摘要
闸门监控是水电站中重要的一项工作.介绍了水电站闸门监控系统的功能和结构,根据水电站闸门现场控制单元PLC的控制要求,对闸门监控系统现场控制单元PLC进行了选择与设计,提出采用PID进行闸门的闭环控制,并利用GE363PLC及输入输出模块进行程序设计,根据闸门上升和下降过程的要求实现了精确控制.
Gate control is a significant part of work in hydropower stations. This paper introduces the function and structure of the gate control system, and makes the choice and design of gate control unit PLC of the system according to the field control requirements of the hydropower station. It proposes to use the PID technology for the closed-loop control of the gate, and design the main program of the control system with GE363 programmable logic controller, realizing precise control during the rise and fall of the gate.
