摘要
介绍了基于ADS(Advanced Design System)软件进行微带线滤波器的设计方法,给出了详细的设计原理和步骤,并结合实例设计了一个中心频率为2.35 GHz,带宽为100 MHz,带内衰减小于2 dB,波纹起伏小于1 dB,输入阻抗、输出阻抗均为50Ω的耦合微带线带通滤波器。经过仿真优化,得到了原理图和电路版图,证明了这种方法的可行性,对使用ADS设计滤波器具有一定指导作用。
A method of microstrip filter designing which is based on ADS ( Advanced Design System) is introduced, some details of designing principle and steps are also described in the following contents. Furthermore, a 100 MHz band-pass filter with a 2.35 GHz center frequency has been designed combining with practical examples, in the above example the In-band attenuation is less than 2 dB, ripple fluctuation is less than 1 dB, and both of the input and output impedances are 50 Ω. After the process of simulating and optimization, schematic diagram and IC Layout diagram have been worked out which can prove the feasibility of the researched method, the results of this research has a guiding function for the application of ADS microstrip filter in the future days.
