抑郁症的静息态脑功能成像研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 抑郁症是心理性疾病在人群中分布最广泛的病种之一,同时因其慢性而易复发,且有极高的致残率而受到广泛的关注。因此,抑郁症一直是时下的研究热点。尽管如此,抑郁症的发病机制仍然不甚清楚。随着功能影像学的发展,以功能磁共振(fMRI)、正电子发射计算机断层扫描术(PET)、单光子发射计算机断层扫描(SPECT)为代表的脑功能成像技术能够对脑部进行显影,以观察大脑在抑郁状态下的活动状态以及活动方式,从而在一定程度上揭示抑郁症的发病机理。
