摘要
介绍了应用控制爆破技术拆除陕西省秦岭水泥股份有限公司复杂框架窑体的爆破方案及爆破参数的选取。由于爆破体 (3#窑 )距离 2 #、4#窑较近 ,必须严格控制爆破震动、飞石。通过合理选择爆破参数、控制最大一段药量、采取有效的安全技术措施 ,成功地避免了爆破震动和飞石的危害。
In this paper, the selection of blasting plans and parameters for demolishing a frame kiln in Qinling Cement Co. Ltd. in Shaanxi Province using controlled blasting method is briefly introduced. As the kiln to be demolished is nearer to No 2 and 4 kilns, the blasting vibration and flying rocks must be brought under strict control. Through selecting reasonable blasting parameters, controlling maximum charge weight per delayed interval and taking effective safety precautions, the harm from blasting vibration and flying rocks has been avoided successfully.
