摘要
在空气钻井实践中,经常出现钻井生产无法顺利进行的情况,轻者则是带屑不好,钻井效率低;重者则是井眼段塞、井壁垮塌,引发卡钻、井下爆炸等事故。显然,确定合理的空气钻井施工参数是保障钻井生产顺利进行的基础。文中根据空气钻井环空流速场、压力场的理论模型,结合空气钻井实际工况,对空气钻井计算方法进行了有益的探索,并用实钻数据进行验证。
During air drilling, some cases are often happened, such as poor cutting carring and low drilling efficiency; or hole slug, wall sloughing, sticking and downhole blasting etc.. It is obvious that determining rational air drilling operation parameter is the base of ensuring successful drilling operation. On the basis of the theoretical model of annular velocity field and pressure field in air drilling and combination with practical working conditions of air drilling, the calculation method of air drilling is discussed and proofed.
