双频率高频地波雷达船只目标点迹关联与融合处理 被引量:6

摘要 单频率高频地波雷达海上目标探测会受到一阶海杂波和高频谐振区目标回波强度起伏的影响,引起目标漏检。利用实测船只探测实验数据,分析了双频地波雷达目标探测的特点,并重点分析了海杂波对目标探测的影响,指出双频雷达可以克服单一频率目标探测中漏检的缺陷,提高船只目标的检测率。通过分析双频地波雷达检测结果的不同分类及处理方式,给出了双频地波雷达目标点迹融合处理方法,讨论和分析了目标点迹关联中距离门、速度门和方位门等参数的选取原则及影响因素。最后利用实测同步的自动识别系统数据,评价了目标点迹融合的探测精度。 Maritime ship targets detection with high frequency (HF) surface wave radar (HFSWR) of sin- gle frequency can be affected by the first-order sea clutter and HF resonant zone target echo intensity fluctuation and cause the target undetected cases. Based on the measured HFSWR data, the characteristics of dual-frequen- cy HFSWR on ship detection and the influence of sea clutter of target detection are investigated especially. It is pointed out that dual-frequency HFSWR can overcome the shortcoming of target undetected in some cases for single-frequency HFSWR, so it can improve the vessel targets detection rate. Then the detection results of dual- frequency HFSWR are analyzed and classified, and a target association and fusion method is proposed for dual- frequency HFSWR. After that, selection principles of the major parameters and their effects are discussed in the process of targets association which including range velocity bin and direction bin. Finally the detecting accuracy of fusion points is evaluated.
