摘要
云南安益钛磁铁矿储量巨大,工业开发利用价值巨大。通过工艺矿物学研究可知,原矿主要含铁矿物为钛磁铁矿和钛铁矿,主要脉石矿物为辉石和斜长石,钛磁铁矿的嵌布粒度相对较粗。实验室小型试验采用“弱磁粗选-磁筛精选”流程,控制磨矿细度为-0.074mm含量50%,控制弱磁磁场强度在100~170kA/m区间内,磁筛间距控制为70mm,可获得TFe品位55.85%、回收率为59.16%的钛磁铁矿精矿。扩大连续试验时,控制磨矿细度为-0.074mm含量50%,一段磁选的磁场强度控制为143.31KA/m,磁筛间距控制为70mm,可获得TFe品位53.89%、TiO2品位13.35%,TFe回收率为62.24%、TiO2回收率为51.69%的精矿。
An-Yi mine has very large reserves of titanic magnetite, and is of enormous industrial values. On the basis of technological mineralogy, iron minerals were mainly titanic magnetite and ilmenite, and gangue minerals were mostly pyroxene and plagioclase. The dissemination size of titanic magnetite particles was rough and large. Couples of bench tests were carried out by the process of "roughing by weakmagnetic and concentrating by magnetic-screen separator". While the content of -0. 074mm fraction in grinding output was 50%, magnetic intensity of roughing was controlled in the section of 100-170KA/m, and the distance of magnetic screen was 70mm, a good concentration indexes were gained with TFe grade of 55.85% and recovery rate of 59.16%. And conditions of pilot test were same as that of bench test, expect the roughing magnetic intensity was adjusted to 143.31kA/m, and final concentrate was obtained with the TFe and TiO2 grade of 53.89% and 13.35%, and TFe and TiO2 recovery rate of 62.24% and 51. 69%.
