摘要
由橡胶和金属粘结而成的减振元件结构形状复杂多变 ,多年来国内大都采用经验公式设计 ,但对于结构复杂的减振元件缺乏理论基础。本文通过对WH系列及BSH -3 50 0、ZU -2 70 0和ZW1 64 0 0减振元件进行研究 ,应用有限元理论和数值仿真进行计算 ,得到减振元件的静动刚度和冲击刚度 ,并与实验结果进行比较 ,得出在有限位器作用情况下的减振元件理论计算与实验结果比较 ,能够满足工程需要 ,为完善现有的经验公式奠定了理论基础。
It is very complex that buffer component is composed of metal and rubber.It has been designed by experimental formula for many yeas in our country.For the complex buffer component,it is short of theory basis.In this paper,based on studying the components of WH series,BSH3500,ZU2700 and ZW16400,the static stiffness,dynamics stiffness and impact stiffness were obtained using the limited element theory and numerical simulation.Comparing the calculation values and the experimental results,it can be satisfied for the demand of engineering projects.It is established the basis of theory to perfect the exiting experiential formula by theory analysis.
