摘要
提出了一种新结构的无刷电励磁同步电机,该电机取消了传统的同步电机转子侧的电刷和滑环,且其不需要单独的励磁机与同步电机相连,使得电机结构得到简化,提高了同步电机系统的功率密度,并同时具有可控性好,运行可靠,易于维护等优点。运用Ansoft软件设计了一台11 kW的无刷电励磁同步电机,仿真分析了该同步电机的磁力线、磁密分布、损耗等。并研制一台样机进行实验研究,进一步验证了所研究的新型无刷电励磁同步电机在理论分析、电磁设计上的合理性,同时也证明了整个无刷电励磁系统方案的可行性。
A novel structural brushless electrically excited synchronous motor was presented, which elimi- nated conventional synchronous motor brushes and slip rings on rotor side, and required a separate exciter connected with the synchronous motor. The motor structure was simplified and the power density of syn- chronous motor was improved. It has advantages of good controllability, reliable operation, easy mainte- nance, etc. Ansoft software was used to design a 11 kW brushless electrically excited synchronous motor, and the synchronous motor' s magnetic field lines, flux density distribution, loss, etc were simulated. A prototype was designed and manufactured for experimental research. The novel structural brushless elec- trically excited synchronous motor in the theoretical analysis and the electromagnetic design which is rea- sonable were validated, and the whole brushless excitation system's feasibility was proved.
