摘要
伴随着波澜壮阔的城镇化浪潮,农民转变为城镇居民,兼具新农民与新居民的双重社会角色,农村则转型为新型城镇社区,这既是人们生活方式的转型,也是农村传统社会的转型,更是乡村文化向城镇文化的深层次转型。在乡村文化转型过程中,城乡二元文化的博弈与碰撞是必然的。这就要求新型农村社区文化的建构与提升必须要在尊重乡村文化多源性的基础上,强化城镇新居民在文化建构中的主体作用,努力造就一支专兼结合、充满活力的农村新社区文化工作队伍,通过加大对农村新社区文化公共品建设的投入和特色文化产品的建设投入,以演进发展促进并实现融合提升。
Abstract： Along with the magnificent wave of urbanization in China's Mainland, while the peasants have been gradually becoming urban residents with the statuses of both new peasants and new urban residents, the rural areas have been being transformed to new urban communities. The transformation not only results in changes of lifestyle and traditional rural society, but also in a deeper change from rural culture to urban culture. In the process of rural culture＇s transformation, dual culture collision between urban and rural areas is inevitable. In view of the reasons above, it is suggested that the construction and upgrading of the new rural communities＇ culture respect the multi-source characteristics of the rural culture, strengthen the main role of the new urban residents in the culture construction, and strive for creating a working team full of vitality, both full-time and part-time. The new rural community culture will achieve evolution, integration and elevation through increasing investment on the construction of public facilities and distinctive culture products.
