摘要
消化不良症状较为普遍并显著降低了患者的生活质量,其中大多数患者具有功能性消化不良(FD)。阿考替胺(acotiamide)是世界上首个获批的功能性消化不良治疗药,本文概述acotiamide的药理作用和临床研究,以期为FD患者提供一种新的治疗方法。
Dyspepsia symptom is common in the general population and can signiifcantly reduce the quality of life, in which the most patients have functional dyspepsia （FD）. Acotiamide is the world’s first approved treatment for functional dyspepsia, and its pharmacological actions and clinical researches are introduced in this article so as to provide a new method for the treatment of patients with FD.
