摘要
随着人口老龄化程度的加剧,"看病难、看病贵"问题凸显,居民的经济收入已然负担不起高额的医疗花费,因此,科学、合理和有效的健康管理方式应运而生;随着生物医学模式到"生理-心理-社会"医学模式的转变,心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等慢性病发病患病率再创新高,全面多领域的健康管理理念已深入家庭乃至医疗行业。对健康管理及其信息化的概念、国内外发展现状进行分析,探讨健康管理及其信息化在医院、社区和网络媒体等领域中存在的问题,进而提出有针对性的对策。
Abstract With the increasing aging population, the problem of difficult and expensive medical treatment highlights. Residents＇ economic income can not afford the high medical costs, so scientific, rational and effective health management came into being. With Biomedical mode to ＂physical-psychological-social＂ medical model, prevalence of chronic like cardiovascular disease, diabetes highs. So comprehensive health management philosophy in multi-field has penetrated the family and the medical industry. It analyze health management and ＇information technology concepts and the situation of development of it at home and abroad. And discuss the problem of health management and information technology in hospital, community, online media and some other fields, and then propose targeted countermeasures.
