摘要
从丰田汽车公司质量管理为切入点,分析了山西成功汽车有限公司质量管理体系的现状,并对存在的问题提出了相应的对策。最终质量管理部门建立信息共享平台,发挥了部门联动机制,有效提高了整车产品的质量。
This article focuses on quality management from Toyota Motor Corp. As the starting point to analyze the quality management system of Shaanxi Victory Automobile Co., Ltd., it proposes some suggestions for the problems of the quality management system of Shaanxi Victory Automobile Co., Ltd. Final quality control department establish an information sharing platform, it played a sector linkage mechanism, and improve the quality of vehicle products.
