摘要
目的分析抗高血压药使用中存在的问题,以提高药事管理与药物治疗水平。方法利用Excel 2007软件对医院2010年至2012年口服抗高血压药出库的品种、数量、金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行分类统计和分析。结果近3年医院口服抗高血压药物使用金额、使用频度增长明显,但使用金额所占药品总额比例略有下降;使用最多的是钙通道阻滞剂(CCB),其次为血管紧张素受体阻滞剂(ARB);ARB复方制剂、甲磺酸氨氯地平片、盐酸乐卡地平片使用金额增长较大;传统价廉的基本药物使用金额、使用频度降幅明显;不同厂家的药品限定日费用(DDC)差距较大;基本药物DDDs高于非基本药物,基本药物DDC小于非基本药物。结论抗高血压药使用基本合理,口服类抗高血压药应依照高血压防治指南配备,切实促进国家基本药物的使用,落实抗高血压处方点评制度,降低药品的不合理使用。
Objective To analyze the problems existing in the use of anti- hypertensive drugs in order to increase the level of the pharmacy administration and the medication therapy. Methods The variety, quantity, amount of money, DDDs of oral antihypertensive drugs out of storage in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were performed the classification statistics and analysis by using Excel 2003 software. Results The use amount and the use frequency of oral anti- hypertensive drugs in our hospital in the recent three years were increased significantly, but the proportion of use amount to the total amount of drugs was decreased slightly; calcium channel blockers （CCB） were most widely used, followed by angiotensin receptor blockers （ARB）; the use amount of ARB compound prepara- tions, amlodipine mesylate tablets and lercanidipine hydrochloride tablets had a larger amount of growth; the use amount and the use frequency of traditional inexpensive essential drugs were decreased significantly; the defined daily cost （DDC） of drugs from different manufacturers had larger difference; DDDs of essential drugs was higher than that of non- essential drugs, DDC of essential drugs was less than that of non- essential drugs. Conclusion The use of anti- hypertensive drugs is basically rational. Oral anti- hypertensive drugs should be equipped according to the Guideline of Hypertension Prevents and Controls for practically promoting the use of national essential drugs, implementing the comments system of anti- hypertensive prescriptions and reducing the irrational use of drugs.
