摘要 目的建立测定精制红花油中亚油酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用高效液相色谱一紫外法,AgilentSB—C-18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(75:25),检测波长为203nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1mL/min。结果亚油酸进样量在0.09~1.8μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,加样回收率为99.96%,RSD为1.29%(n=6)。结论该方法快速、灵敏、准确,可作为精制红花油的质量控制方法。 Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method of the linoleic acid content in refined re- fined safflower oil. Methods The HPLC- UV method was adopted with the Agilent SB- Ct8 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) and the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(75:25), the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 203 nm and the column tem- perature was 35 ℃. Results The sample injection size of linoleie acid in the range of 0. 09 - 1.8 μg had the good linear relationship with the peak area, the recovery rate was 99.96%, RSD was 1.29% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate, which can be used for the quality control method of refined carthamus oil.
