摘要 低温冷冻萃取,结合高效液相色谱法,测定芝麻糊中的甲氧隆、灭草隆、绿谷隆、溴谷隆、敌草隆、利谷隆和枯草隆。乙腈为萃取剂,考察了盐效应、冷冻时间、萃取剂用量等条件对萃取结果的影响。优化条件下,7种除草剂的加标回收率分别为92.4%、106.3%、106.4%、95.2%、96.9%、94.4%、90.6%,相对标准偏差( RS-Ds)2.8%-7.4%。 A new HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 7 kinds of phenylurea herbicides( metoxuron,monuron,monol-inuron,metobromuron,diuron,linuron and chloroxuron) was established. The sesame paste sample was treated by subzero-tempera-ture frozen extraction and acetonitrile as a solvent. The effects of salt effect,frozen time and extraction solvent volume were examined on extraction efficiency. Under the optimal conditions,the recovery rates of the target analyte were between 90. 6% -106. 4%and the relative standard deviations( RSDs) were less than 7. 4%.
