摘要
目的探讨音乐疗法在口腔超声洁治术中的镇痛效果。方法选取需要进行牙周洁治的牙周病患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组在行超声洁治时由护理人员进行音乐疗法,对照组不进行。洁治完成后,用视觉模拟量表(visual analog scale,VAS)测评患者的疼痛程度,同时评价患者对治疗的舒适感受。结果试验组的VAS分值低于对照组,患者舒适率高于对照组。结论音乐疗法是一种能有效缓解口腔超声洁治术中疼痛的治疗手段和护理措施。
Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect of music therapy in ultrasonic scaling. Methods 60 periodontal disease patients were randomly divided into two groups： the experimental and the control group. During dental ultrasonic scaling, music therapy was performed by nurse only in the experimental group. When treatment completed, pain level was measured by visual analog scale （VAS） and patients comfort degree was also assessed. Results Comparing with the control group, the experimental group had lower V AS score and higher patient comfort rate. Conclusion Music therapy was an effective analgesic method in dental ultrasonic scaling.
