摘要
基于高电压技术及带电作业技术标准体系,对带电作业绝缘工具耐压试验取值进行计算分析,为电力系统实际过电压倍数不同或海拔高度发生变化时的带电作业绝缘工具耐压试验取值提出理论依据。
In this paper, the technical standard system of high voltage technology and based on the calculation and analysis of live working,insulating charged operation or different value test tools for live working pressure, as the actual power system overvohage multiple altitude changes the insulating value test tool pressure presents theoretical basis.
