摘要
应用测量不确定度评定理论,对氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定粮食中的铅检测过程中产生的不确定度进行分析。根据氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定粮食中铅的分析方法,全面考虑了整个分析过程的不确定度来源,建立其结果的数学模型,并计算其测定全过程的不确定度分量、结果标准不确定度及扩展不确定度。测定结果表明,稻谷中铅的含量为(0.114±0.033)mg/kg,k=2,即测定结果置信水平为95%。
Application of measurement uncertainty theory, the uncertainty in measurement of lead content in grain by the hy dride generator-atomic fluorescence spectrometric method was analyzed. According to the analysis method for the determination of lead content in grain by hydride generator-atomic fluorescence spectrometry and taking full account of uncertainty in analysis procedure,a mathematical model was established,and the uncertainty of whole process, standard uncertainty and expanded un certainty were calculated. The determination of lead in paddy was (0. 114±0. 033) mg/kg, k=2, confidence level of 95 %.
