摘要
文章综述了兰花组织培养快繁技术的研究进展,着重阐述了不同外植体、培养因素对类原球茎诱导、增殖和分化的影响,扼要介绍了兰花快繁存在的问题,并对未来兰花的研究与开发进行了初步的探讨。
This paper summarizes the studies of tissue culture and rapid multiplication of orchids, mainly expatiates the effects of different explants and culture factors on induction, pro-liferation and differentiation of protocorm-like body, outlines the problems of orchid micro-propagation, and preliminary discusses the studies and development of orchid tissue culture in the future.
