摘要
提出并应用"比较对照分析法"和"数值耦合集成法"两种方法,实现集成应用铸造CAE与结构CAE两种模拟仿真技术,避免未考虑铸件缺陷的理想模型在结构受力分析时造成分析结果的误判,进而提高精铸CAE技术分析准确度,实现提高精铸件结构轻量化幅度与提升铸造工艺性能两项目标的和谐统一。
This Paper put forward and applied "comparison controlled analysis law" and "numerical coupled integrated law" in CAE analysis about product design and process development; avoid analysis results miscalculation with considering casting defects in product analysis , in order to improved the CAE technology analysis accuracy, and achieve the harmony and unity between Light structure and high yield.
