摘要
反激型微逆变器具有反激变换器结构简单,高频隔离等优点。研究了采用RCD箝位的交错并联反激型微逆变器,设计RCD箝位电路吸收漏感能量。阐述了反激变换器的工作原理,给出了微逆变器的主要控制策略。针对两路反激可能出现的负载不平衡,设计了均流环进行控制。给出RCD箝位电路参数设计方法,并进行了样机实验测试。实验结果验证了设计的箝位电路及控制策略的可行性,微逆变器符合相关并网逆变器标准。
The flyback-type micro-inverter has the advantages of the flyback converters such as simple topology and high-frequency isolation.To slove the problem of leakage inductance, an interleaved RCD clamp flyback-type micro- inverter is adopted.The RCD clamp circuit can absorb the energy of the leakage inductance.The operating principle of the inverter is provided, and the control strategy is presented.For the appearing of load imbalance, a sharing current loop is proposed.The design reference of RCD clamp circuit's parameters is presented and the prototype is tested. Experimental results are shown to verify the effectiveness of the clamp circuit and the control strategy, and the micro- inverter meets the related standards for grid-connected inverter.
