摘要
本文给出了企业集团的定义及特征，着重分析了企业集团资本扩张的动因，提出资本扩张的有效途径是兼并、收购、重组以及这几种方式的组合；同时指出企业集团资本扩张中应该注意的几个问题。
The paper presents the concept and characteristics of enterprise groups, analyses the reasons and effective paths for groups to enlarge their business capital, and points out some questions which must be paid attention to.
